Once upon a time there was a girl named Harper. Every night when she went to bed she heard a noise.Harper didn’t know what it was.One night she heard a bang so Harper got out of bed and looked everywhere. Harper couldn’t find anything so then she got back into bed and then she felt the bed shake.Harper looked under her bed and then she saw a small hairy monster.the monster was pink, then the monster saw Harper Harper didn’t know what to do so she sat on the ground with the monster. The monster came out from under the bed. Harper had a look at it one more time and said hi what’s your name? Or do you not have a name? The monster didn’t say anything, do you know what i,m going to call you said Harper i,m going to call you George. George the monster. Now the monster had a name Harper didn’t find him as scary.
The next night Harper and George became friends even though George didn’t talk, Harper just sat on the floor and read George stories from her favourite book series, Isadora Moon.as the nights went bye George seemed to be getting sad Harper wondered if he was missing his family or if he even had one. One night when she came back from eating dinner George wasn’t there. Harper started to look around but she couldn’t find him. She started to cry then Harper went to bed in the morning when she got up and out of bed she looked again in case it was a dream Harper saw George laying on the floor fast asleep. Harper thought maybe George was just really tired so Harper went down stairs to have breakfast and when she walked into her room she saw George. When George saw Harper he started to roll around in excitement.
Harper was so relieved to see George. This made
Harper realise how much she would miss him if she never saw him again. Harper made the brave decision to introduce George to her family, Harper’s mum screamed because she was so shocked Harper expanded that George had appeared from under her bed and they were best friends. George became part of Harper’s family. The end
